Food Vendor Guidelines

  • Complete the food vendor application
  • All food vendors must posses a valid Business License and Servsafe Certificate when submitting application.
  • All food vendors are required the have at least $1,000,000 of liability insurance for the event. Upon acceptance of application
  • You are required to name The City of Atlanta, Committee of 7 and Good In The Hood as additional insured for the event. Certificate reflecting these additions MUST be received no later than July 1st, 2022
  • All Food Vendors are responsible to meet the requirements of the Atlanta Fire Department and the Fulton County Health Department including but not limited to proper fire extinguisher for your type of cooking (k) rated extinguishers are required for food vendors cooking with grease, proper temperature controls, proper food handling and food storage. Must also have a water station for hand washing.
  • Please send a photo of your booth set-up.
  • Maximum Tent size is 10 x 10
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and chairs.
  • Once application has been approved, you will be sent a link to complete payment.
    Payment must be completed within 24 hours.

Small Business/Non Selling $200

Foundation/Non Profit $125
